Bill Lynch, Jammie Kirlew and Matt Mayberry took time away from the practice field to brighten several young students days. Lynch stopped by Rogers Elementary School, while the players made a stop at Edgewood High School.
Lynch dropped by first and second grade classes at Rogers to answer questions, pass out gifts and talk to the kids about IU Football.
Kirlew and Mayberry talked to a special education class at Edgewood and stuck around to play some kickball with the students.
"Any time we can visit any school in the community is an honor," Kirlew said. "We had a great time and appreciated the opportunity."
"We want to thank Edgewood for allowing us to come," Mayberry added. "Jammie and I enjoyed it and would love the chance to visit again."
