Four Hoosiers Honored at CWPA Awards Banquet

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The No. 16 Indiana Hoosiers came away from the CWPA Awards Banquet on Friday evening with four players earning accolades as the All-Division teams and season awards were announced in Cambridge, Mass. Senior Maggie Hannon and sophomore Kelsey Campbell landed spots on the Western Division All-Conference First Team, while sophomore Nicole Redder and freshman Jakie Köhli were rewarded with positions on the Second Team. Köhli also took home the Western Division Rookie of the Year award.
Hannon, a second team All-Conference selection as a junior, leads the Hoosiers in scoring with 41 goals on the season, and 132 scores throughout her career, which lands her in the sixth spot on the all-time Indiana career scoring list. Campbell has had a terrific all-around sophomore season, registering 32 goals, 23 assists, and 35 steals. Campbell dominated during the month of March, earning two consecutive Western Division Player of the Week awards for her play at the Loyola Marymount Tournament, as well as the Aztec Invitational.
Redder has contributed in many areas for Indiana throughout the season. She has racked up 60 steals, which is second on the team to Köhli's 61 takeaways. Both have been terrors on the defensive end for Hoosier opponents all season long with their consistent effort. Redder has also scored 30 goals, as well as 22 assists this season. Köhli, a winner of two Western Division Rookie of the Week honors during March, has accumulated 26 goals and 32 assists during her productive freshman campaign.
