Hoosiers to Hold First Public Spring Scrimmage on Saturday

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana football team will hold its first scrimmage of the spring at Memorial Stadium on Saturday. It is open to the public and will kick off at 1 p.m.
Following a warm-up period, the scrimmage will consist of 12 eight-play periods with special teams and 7-on-7 periods sprinkled in. The first and second units will split snaps throughout the afternoon.
Saturday marks IU's eighth practice out of 15 this spring. The Hoosiers will hold their second public scrimmage at 10 a.m. on April 11, and they will conclude the spring at 2 p.m. on April 18.
