Day Two of ITA Collegiate Summer Circuit Leg Concludes

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Day Two of the 2009 Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) Collegiate Summer Circuit hosted by Indiana University concluded with four of five Hoosiers advancing to the quarterfinals of the singles main draw and a pair of Hoosier doubles teams doing the same.
For the IU men's team it was Maxime Armengaud, Jeremy Langer and Stephen Vogl each winning two singles matches on Sunday to fill their spot in the main draw quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Katya Zapadalova represented the women's team with her two wins and advancement to the quarterfinals.
In doubles action, Armengaud and Vogl paired up for two more victories to reach the quarterfinals in that draw as well. Zapadalova played alongside fellow Hoosier Charlotte Martin in the women's draw, recording 8-0 and 8-4 pro-set triumphs en route an appearance in the quarterfinals on Monday.
