Day Two of ITA National Summer Championships Concluded

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Five different IU student-athletes remain in contention at the ITA National Summer Championships after two days of competition. Two IU men's doubles teams have reached the quarterfinals of the doubles draw while IU women's team member, Katya Zapadalova, has advanced to the round of 16 in singles action.
Following first round byes for both, the Hoosier doubles tandems of Maxime Armengaud/Stephen Vogl and Santiago Gruter/Jeremy Langer each won a pair of matches on Sunday, the first day of doubles play.
Meanwhile, Zapadalova has also backed up her first round bye in the singles draw with two victories, including a three-setter over Ohio State's Christina Keesey in the third round.
