Times, Fields Announced for Spring Trip

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana baseball team has announced the times and fields for its Spring Trip games in the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational, Head Coach Tracy Smith announced today. The Hoosiers will also play the University of San Diego on Sunday, Feb. 21, instead of San Diego State, making it a true four-game series with the Toreros.
IU will play at three facilities in its trip to central Florida this spring. The Hoosiers will play three games apiece at Chain O'Lakes Stadium (Winter Haven, Fla.) and Lake Myrtle Field (Auburndale, Fla.) in addition to playing their final game in Florida at Warner Southern University in Lake Wales, Fla. Below is a list of opponents, game times and locations for the Spring Trip.

Indiana begins its official practice season on Monday, Feb. 1. The Hoosiers open the 2010 season with four games in San Diego from Feb. 19-21. IU will play all four games at San Diego in the weekend series. All games will feature live audio available on IUHoosiers.com.
