Hoosiers Enjoy Time at Boys & Girls Club

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University volleyball team has continued their relationship with the local Boys & Girls Club organizations, making their most recent visits last week (Nov. 1-4). This time, the Hoosiers participated in the Bloomington chapter's youth volleyball league.
The team headed over to the Boys & Girls Club Center and worked with children, grades 3-6. The volleyball league lasts for about two months with meetings several times a week. Its goal is to promote basic volleyball skill acquisition and encourage the spirit of growth and hard work.
The Hoosiers aided in the running of drills, teaching of basic skills and participating in various games with the kids. A Q&A session was also held with the student-athletes.
