2011 IU Track and Field Season Preview on Flotrack

The 2011 indoor track and field season begins for the Indiana Hoosiers with the Indiana Open on January 8th. Videos previewing the 2011 season for IU are featured on Flotrack.org. To see the preview coverage, click here.

Coming off a cross country season that saw the IU men take seventh at the NCAA Championships, the Hoosiers will host six indoor meets and four outdoor meets in 2011, including the 2011 NCAA East Preliminary Round in late May and the USA Indoor Combined Events Championships in March. The Hoosiers return defending NCAA Indoor and Outdoor high jump champion Derek Drouin as well as 2009 NCAA Outdoor Runner-up in the pole vault Vera Neuenswander, who redshirted the entire 2010 season.
