Trio of Former Hoosiers Competing in PGA TOUR Event

RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico - Shaun Micheel, Jeff Overton and Steve Wheatcroft, each former IU Hoosier golfers, are amongst the field at this weekend's Puerto Rico Open. The PGA TOUR event is being held at the Trump International Golf Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

The Puerto Rico Open has a total prize purse of $3.5 million with first place taking home $630,000.
Jorge Campillo, a 2009 graduate of IU, made his PGA TOUR debut earlier this year, playing in the Mayakoba Golf Classic in mid-February.
