IU Hosts the adidas Hoosier Invitational Starting Saturday

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University men's golf team is hosting the 2010 adidas Hoosier Invitational this weekend (Apr. 3-4) at the IU Championship Golf Course in Bloomington. Admission is free to the tournament.
Play is scheduled to begin Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start and 36 holes of continuous play. The final round of this 54-hole event will then be played on Sunday, starting at 9 a.m. Each team will have five players in the line-up with the top four scores each round counting towards the team score.
The 19-team playing field will consist of: Ball State, Brown, Butler, Canisius, Cleveland State, DePaul, Detroit Mercy, Eastern Kentucky, Evansville, George Washington, Indiana, Indiana 'B', IUPUI, IPFW, Oakland, Ohio, St. Bonaventure, Valparaiso and Youngstown State. In addtion, IU will have one player competing as an individual.
