Bloomington, Indiana - Two former Indiana University men's basketball All-Americans stopped by on Wednesday to take a look at Cook Hall and Pfau/Shine Legacy Court. Former Hoosiers Archie Dees and Jimmy Rayl took a tour of the facility with Angelo Pizzo, Kit Klingelhoffer and Bob Hammel. They also had a chance to talk with current IU player Matt Roth.
"It is always great to have the former players back," said IU Coach Tom Crean. "I think this facility shows the tradition and history that is here better than any in the country."
Dees was an All-American in 1957 and 1958 and was the first two-time Big Ten MVP. Rayl also earned All-American accolades in 1962 and 1963 and was a two-time All-Big Ten choice.
