Pease Takes Fourth At USA Championships

DES MOINES, Iowa - Junior Sarah Pease closed out the USA Championships for Indiana in style. Pease matched her finish at the NCAA Championships with fourth place at the USA Championships.
Pease was the top collegiate finisher, crossing the line ahead of Big Ten and NCAA Champion Bridget Franek of Penn State. The Elizabeth, Ind., native clocked a time of 10:07.34 to beat out Franek at the line by .15 seconds. Pease finished behind only three professional runners.
