Barbiere Named Team Captain

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University junior swimmer Jim Barbiere has been selected as a team captain, head coach Ray Looze announced Wednesday.
Barbiere joins senior Andrew Taylor, junior Ryan Hinshaw, sophomore Cody Miller and junior Eric Ress as team captains.
"We are excited to name Jimmy one of this year's team captains along with Andrew Taylor, Ryan Hinshaw, Cody Miller and Eric Ress," Looze said. "He has demonstrated captain-like qualities this season without a title which has compelled the coaching staff to make this decision now. We look forward to enhancing our already fantastic team chemistry with his leadership."
The Hoosier men are back in action this Saturday as they take on national powers Michigan and Texas in a double dual meet in Ann Arbor, Mich.
