Barnett Earns Big Ten Sportsmanship Award

Park Ridge, Illinois - Indiana University junior walkon Kory Barnett was named Indiana University's Big Ten Sportsmanship Award honoree for the 2010-11 men's basketball season.
"You may not get to see a lot of Kory Barnett on the court," said IU coach Tom Crean. But there is not more of a valuable guy to this program on bonding with his teammates and making it better. That is the kind of stuff that makes this program what it is."
The Rochester, Indiana native is an Academic All-Big Ten selection who is majoring in sports communications. He scored five points in 12 games this season.
