INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The 2011 Tailgate Tour kicked off in Indianapolis at the Rathskeller on Wednesday, May 18. IU Vice President and Director of Athletics Fred Glass, along with Hoosier football head coach Kevin Wilson talked to 300-plus guests.
