Indiana Jumps Into Top 25 This Week

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Riding a 14-game win streak and holding on to first place in the Big Ten, the Indiana Hoosiers climbed into the ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 poll this week, showing up at No. 24 in the poll released on Tuesday.
The Hoosiers were the first team outside of the Top 25 in the USA Today/NFCA Coaches Top 25 poll, also announced on Tuesday (May 3).
Indiana travels to Northwestern this weekend to take on the Wildcats in Evanston. Saturday's game will be aired on BigTenNetwork.com (fee required) live at 2:00 p.m. ET. Then Sunday's game will be on the Big Ten Network with the first pitch scheduled for 4:00 p.m. ET. As a result of these broadcasts, the free internet-only broadcasts through IUHoosiers.com will not be available this week.
