BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Preseason practice number four is in the books. The Indiana football team concluded its fourth session on Thursday evening at the IU Practice Fields. IU puts on full pads for the first time Friday evening.
Following Friday's practice, the Hoosiers will hold its first two-a-day on Saturday. The Big Ten Network will make its annual stop in Bloomington on Sunday before the Hoosiers open week two.
Here are some highlight from Thursday's practice:
Indiana's 2011 schedule kicks off with a contest against in-state foe Ball State on Sept. 3 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Hoosiers then host Virginia on Sept. 10 and South Carolina State on Sept. 17.
Home conference games include Penn State on Oct. 1, Illinois on Oct. 8, Northwestern on Oct. 29, and the Old Oaken Bucket game vs. Purdue on Nov. 26.
