ITA National Summer Championships Continue

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - IU's Stephen Vogl advanced to Sunday's fourth round of the ITA National Summer Championships with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Cornell's Christopher Song and a 7-5, 6-1 win over Kit Green. IU's Alecia Kauss also advanced with a 6-1, 7-5 win over Emory's Gabrielle Clark and a 5-7, 6-2, 1-0 win over Illinois' Breanne Smutko. Will Kendall scored an impressive win, knocking off Matthew Kandath of Stanford to advance to the fourth round. Kendall defeated Kandath, a successful member of Stanford's top six a year ago, 6-2, 6-2.
