NEWS & NOTES
• The Old Oaken Bucket has been awarded to the IU-PU winner since the trophy's inception in 1925.
• Indiana won the last meeting between the two teams in West Lafayette, 34-31, in overtime on Nov. 27, 2010.
• The Hoosiers last won back-to-back games in West Lafayette in 1994 (33-29) and 1996 (33-16).
• Hoosier assistant Mark Hagen is familiar with both sides of the rivalry. Hagen served as an assistant at PU (2000-10). He starred at linebacker (1987-91) and was a graduate and administrative assistant (1992-95) at IU.
• Indiana leads the Big Ten in passing offense (307.8-19th nationally), is second in total offense (581.3-41st), third in kickoff returns (22.6-44th) and fourth in scoring offense (30.4-51st).
• The Hoosiers lead the Big Ten in tackles for loss (7.4-T-12th nationally) and are third in sacks (2.5-T-32nd).
• Adam Replogle registered four tackles for loss at Penn State. The four TFLs are tied for the fifth-most in a game for a Hoosier and the most since linebacker Matt Mayberry's four in 2008.
• Replogle also set the Indiana record with his 46th career start against the Nittany Lions.
• Cameron Coffman completed 33-of-59 passes for 454 yards and two touchdowns. The 33 completions matched his career-high and are the fourth-most in school history. His 454 passing yards and 59 pass attempts each rank second all-time behind Ben Chappell's 480 and 64.
• Ted Bolser became the third tight end in program history and the 36th player overall to reach 1,000 career receiving yards. He sits at 1,001 yards and also holds the IU tight ends career mark with nine touchdowns.
• Shane Wynn hauled in 12 catches for the second time this season and broke the century mark for the first time in his career with 108 yards. His 63 receptions are tied for sixth on Indiana's single-season list.
