B1G Recognizes Twenty-two Football Hoosiers for Academic Excellence

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Twenty-two Indiana football student-athletes earned Academic All-Big Ten honors, the conference announced on Thursday.
Coupled with last season's school-record 24 honorees, the program has also set a two-year program mark with 46 award winners under head coach Kevin Wilson.
Student-athletes must be in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a grade-point average of 3.0 or better to be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection.
IU's honorees are listed below:
Pete Bachman (second recognition), David Blackwell (third), Charlie Chapman (second), Griffen Dahlstrom (third), Matt Dooley, Mitch Ewald (third), Forisse Hardin, Greg Heban (third), Bill Ivan (second), Kyle Kennedy, John Laihinen (second), Will Matte (second), Jake Michalek (second), Mark Murphy, Ryan Phillis (second), Adam Replogle (third), Mike Replogle, Chad Roggeman (second), Nick Stoner, Erich Toth, Alexander Webb (second) and Jake Zupancic (second).
