BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Defensive back Tregg Waters is one of six junior college transfers currently enrolled in spring semester classes. The 6-0, 185-pound junior will participate in spring practice, which begins on March 3.

Waters played two years for head coach Mickey Bell at Glendale (Ariz.) Community College. He earned all-conference honors following the 2011 season when he posted 58 tackles, one sack, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

A two-year letterwinner at Saint Mary's Catholic High School in Phoenix, Waters starred for head coach Eddy Zubeg. He was a member of the Letterman's Club and the National Honor Society and also lettered three years in track and field.

His parents are Todd Waters and Tolona Tyler. Born on June 23, 1992, Tregg Tyren Waters is an exploratory student.
