SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Teachers Credit Union (TCU) announced recently that it partnered with Indiana University (IU) Athletics to exclusively offer the IU Athletics Checking Account and debit card. IU basketball fans may have noticed that all of the IU player's chairs this season had the TCU logo on the back; a subtle sign that TCU and IU were joining forces in a number of ways.
TCU has long been a supporter of IU's many campuses across Indiana, including a number of scholarships and grants for the various campuses around the state of Indiana. TCU is excited to offer this special IU Athletics debit card to its members as a way to further align IU Athletics and TCU as top institutions in their respective industries.
"As an organization we align our brand with institutions we feel are a benefit to the communities where our members work and live," said Becky Summers, Senior Vice President of TCU. "IU fans and alumni will now have access to the IU Athletics checking account with the added benefit of becoming a member of TCU."
The IU Athletics Checking Account comes with no minimum balance requirements, free exclusive IU debit card that can earn a rebate, free internet banking, free bill payment, free mobile web and text banking, unlimited check writing and the first box of specially designed IU Athletics checks is also free.
