Grubnich Leading Beu Mussato Invitational After Two Rounds

MACOMB, Ill. - Freshman Nicholas Grubnich has a two-shot lead through two rounds at the Beu Mussato Invitational after posting a 3-under 36-hole total of 141.
Grubnich, along with junior Michael McGee, are competing individually in the event hosted by Western Illinois at the Harry Mussato GC
Grubnich fired rounds of 1-under 71 and 2-under 70 to grab the two-shot cushion. McGee was impressive as well, posting a 1-over 145 (74-71) to move into a tie for fourth.
The event will conclude with the final round on Tuesday morning.
