BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana Field Hockey program will hold a pair of camps this summer, starting with an Elite Camp on June 29-July 1 and followed by a Individual/Team Camp on July 19-22 in Bloomington.
OBJECTIVE AND CAMP DESCRIPTION
Our aim is to help you reach your goals in field hockey and to increase your enjoyment of the game through an exceptional camp curriculum, a variety of hockey related activities and expert coaching. Many camps will go over the same skills and the same concepts, where at Indiana field hockey camp we try to offer you a unique experience. We hire a top level coaching staff and teach team concepts that will be developed during practice sessions with your competition team and applied through game play. You will learn team concepts such as outletting and pressing, team defensive principles, off ball movement, plus many more concepts that will prepare you and your team for the upcoming season.
The IU Field Hockey camps are open to any and all entrants and will take place at the IU Field Hockey Complex, in addition to Memorial Stadium and Mellencamp Pavilion in Bloomington. Cost for the Individual/Team Camp is $495 per individual or $470 per team (at least 13 team members or more). Cost for the Elite Camp is $395 per player.
