Complete 2012 ACWPC All-Academic Award Winners
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -
Six members of the Indiana Hoosiers women's water polo team have been honored with 2012 Women's All-Academic Awards for their achievements during the past season, announced by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC).
Student-athletes are selected on a level-based GPA scale that includes Outstanding (3.71-4.00), Superior (3.41-3.70), and Excellent (3.20-3.40).
Meghan Lappan earned Outstanding recognition for the second consecutive season and she was joined by Shelby Taylor among the top honorees.
Shae Fournier and Amanda Redfern each garnered Superior distinction for the second straight year.
Hanna Eimstad and Summer Creighton earned Excellent recognition. The honor marks the fourth of Eimstad's Hoosier career.
