BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Kevin Johns is in his second season at Indiana. Johns will serve as the assistant offensive coordinator and coach the wide receivers and quarterbacks in 2012.
Johns oversaw one of the youngest receiving corps in the country in 2011, with six underclassmen accounting for 110 receptions, 1,385 yards and eight touchdowns.
Wide receiver Cody Latimer is one of those underclassmen. He played in eight games with two starts as a true freshman last season. Latimer pulled in 12 receptions for 141 yards with two touchdowns.
Following today's practice Johns and Latimer talked to IUHoosiers.com.
The Hoosiers will practice twice on Thursday before wrapping up the third week of camp with a scrimmage on Friday. BTN will be in Bloomington for Thursday's first practice and Indiana's Preview Show will air at 10 p.m. ET on Friday evening.
