Women's Soccer Official Practice Well Underway

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Head Coach Mick Lyon is entering his 11th season at the helm of the Indiana Women's Soccer program this season. The team began official practice on Aug. 1 with 17 returning letterwinners and 11 newcomers in the fold.

Lyon talked with IUHoosiers.com after Friday morning's practice about how the first couple days have been going, the adjustment period for everyone and also his experience watching senior Orianica Velasquez compete in the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London last week.
