Indiana Men's Tennis Set for B1G Singles Championships

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana men’s tennis team will travel to West Lafayette, Ind., this weekend for the Big Ten Singles Championships hosted by Purdue.

The Hoosiers that will represent the program include senior Dimitrije Tasic, sophomores Alek Davila, Elliott Yee, Michael Sellitto and Daniel Bednarczyk and freshman Kellen Bates and Matthew McCoy

IU head coach Randy Bloemendaal said this weekend’s tournament will be a good measuring stick to see where his team is at.

The tournament will be contested at the Schwartz Tennis Center and the Lafayette Sports Center and will go Friday Oct. 25-Monday Oct. 28. Friday’s matches will start at 8:00 a.m. with one round of singles and two or three rounds of doubles.
