Indiana vs. Stony Brook

• The Hoosiers improve to 4-0 on the season and 2-0 in the all-time series with Stony Brook.
• Since the start of the 2011-12 season, IU is 6-0 with one day of preparation. The wins have come against Chattanooga, Michigan State, VCU, North Carolina, Temple and Stony Brook.
• During that same time frame, Stony Brook has allowed 90 points just twice in 67 games - both times coming against Indiana (Nov. 11, 2011).
• Since 2010-11 Indiana is 60-16, which is second in the Big Ten (.789 winning pct.) and 39-3 at home (third in the nation in that time frame).
• The Hoosiers had at least four players score in double figures for the third time in four games this season.
• The Hoosiers shot 27-of-54 (50 percent) from the field, making it their second consecutive game shooting at least 50 percent or better. Friday against Samford the Hoosiers shot 57.1 percent.
• Indiana held Stony Brook to 39.3 percent shooting from the field (24-of-61) and 20 percent from beyond the three-point arc (3-of-15).
• The Hoosiers outrebounded Stony Brook 46-31 and have outrebounded their opponent in each of their four games this season for a combined 209-134 advantage. Indiana entered the game leading the country at 54.3 rebounds per game.
• For the third time this season the Hoosier recorded at least nine blocked shots.
• With the Hoosiers up 19-16, Indiana used an 11-2 run to open up a 30-18 lead over Stony Brook.
• Freshman Noah Vonleh recorded his fourth straight double-double to start his career, registering 18 points and 15 rebounds. The last IU player to have four straight double-doubles wad D.J. White during the 2007-08 season.
• The last IU player to pull down 15 rebounds in a game was Cody Zeller on Dec. 8, 2012, against Central Connecticut State (19).
• Vonleh is the first freshman nationally to start his career with at least 4 consecutive double-doubles was Michael Beasley with Kansas State in 2007-08 with Kansas State. Beasley started his career with 12 straight double-doubles.
• Sophomore Kevin Yogi Ferrell posted his second straight game with 20 or more points, finishing with 24 points to go with six assists and five rebounds.
• Redshirt senior Evan Gordon recorded his second consecutive double figures scoring with 12 points and added three rebounds, one assist and one steal.
• Sophomore Jeremy Hollowell scored 10 points and had three blocks and two rebounds. Hollowell had his second game with at least three blocked shots this season.
• Senior Will Sheehey scored nine points on 4-of-6 shooting in 12 minutes.
• Freshman Troy Williams registered eight points, six rebounds, three steals and two blocked shots.
• Sophomore Hanner Mosquera-Perea scored six points on 2-of-2 shooting and had one rebound and one assist in eight minutes.
• Freshman Devin Davis scored two points and pulled down five rebounds and had one blocked shot.
• Freshman Collin Hartman tied his career-high with three rebounds in 12 minutes.
• Freshman Luke Fischer had one point, one rebound, one assist and two blocked shots in 12 minutes.
