Heilman Named NFHCA All-American

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Junior Audra Heilman continued to be recognized for her outstanding season as she was named a Longstreth NFHCA Third Team All-American today.
Heilman earns her third postseason honor, after being named a First Team All-Big Ten honoree and NFHCA All-Region selection. She played and started all 19 games and recorded 10 goals and 12 assists. Heilman’s 12 assists tied a single season school and record and her 32 points were fourth most for a single season. Heilman was a two-time Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honoree and set an IU record for points in a game with nine against Saint Louis.
Heilman becomes the fifth player in program history to earn NFHCA All-America honors, joining IU alums Kayla Bashore, Lydia Schrott, Morgan Miller and Corey Brautigam.
