Indiana men's tennis (11-10, 3-2) has a busy week, hosting four matches in five days. First up for the Hoosiers is a battle with No. 60 Purdue (14-6, 1-3) on Wednesday at 2 p.m. ET. The Hoosiers then host Iowa (7-9, 0-4) at Noon ET on Saturday before hosting a doubleheader on Sunday against No. 57 Nebraska (9-8, 1-2) at Noon and Depauw (3-11) at 6 p.m. ET.
The Hoosiers will play the Boilers with a Crimson and Gold Cup point on the line. Indiana currently holds a 8-5 advantage in the all-sport competition. IU men's tennis will look to extend its winning streak against the Boilers, as IU has won six straight over the archrivals. Purdue started the season with seven straight wins and won 13 of their first 16 matches. Big Ten play has not been kind however, as the Boilers have lost three out of four since conference play began.
Iowa is looking to get back on track after losing eight of their last nine matches. The Hawkeyes started the season 6-1, but the Big Ten slate and a road swing in California has the Hawkeyes looking to bounce back. Iowa and Nebraska play on Wednesday in Lincoln, before traveling to Indiana to play at Indiana and Purdue.
Nebraska opened the season 1-4, but rebounded with a six match winning streak. An 0-3 start in conference play, didn't help, but things are looking up after a 4-3 win over Penn State on Sunday. The Huskers host Iowa on Wednesday.
DePauw visits Bloomington for the second-straight season. Indiana swept the Division III Tigers a year ago, 7-0.
