BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The 2013 IU Basketball Family Fantasy Weekend invaded Bloomington as the Hoosiers played host to several families from around the country for the first camp of the summer season.
The weekend offers the chance for the whole family to get a behind-the-scenes look at Indiana Basketball. The experience is comprised of the training, evaluation, competition and instruction that IU players receive every day. Families get a chance to eat, play and learn from head coach Tom Crean, his staff, current and former players. The weekend is spent in the storied Assembly Hall and Cook Hall, the new player development center. Additionally, families get to analyze film in the Team Meeting Room, dress in the Team Locker Room, exercise in the team's Strength and Conditioning Center, and be interviewed in the Assembly Hall Press Room. Each participant received a set of gear as part of their Fantasy Weekend package.
