LAST TIME OUT

In Friday’s contest, IU scored three unanswered with goals by Audra Heilman, Danielle McNally and Mariella Grote. Maggie Olson would make two saves to preserve the shutout, earning her third consecutive this season.
Heilman, McNally and Grote scored for the second consecutive game and Sydney Supica tallied a goal to help IU to its fourth-straight win in a 4-1 victory over Robert Morris.
UNDENIABLE DEFENSE
The Indiana backfield did a fine job of thwarting opposing team’s offensive efforts in the past four games. The Hoosiers did not give up a single goal between the 56th minute of the Aug. 31 game with Drexel and the 67th minute of Sept. 15’s matchup with Robert Morris, a total time of 256:00 minutes. IU also limited opponents to just 12 shots on goal, an average of 3.00 per game, and limited penalty corners to just 17, or 4.25 per game.
THIRD TIME’S A CHARM
With an 11-0 win over Saint Louis, a 3-0 victory over Radford and a 3-0 blanking of Missouri State, Indiana posted three consecutive shutout wins for the first time since 2003. Those three consecutive shutouts made Maggie Olson the first IU goalkeeper in program history to earn three shutouts in three consecutive starts. Olson’s three shutouts also tie the program’s single season record for shutouts in a single campaign.
