It's the last go-around for this senior class, what's the mindset early on in the year?
It's a huge deal for us seniors. We're going to come out every week like it's our last game and out last season. We're expecting huge things from our class.
Which of the new helmets is your favorite?
I like the red and white two-tone one with the IU logo on it. The IU fills it out perfectly, but we really can't go wrong with any of them.
What does having eight home games in front of Hoosier Nation mean to you?
It's a huge deal. To have everyone in the Hoosier State pumped up and excited makes it even bigger for us.
This will be third season with Lucas Oil Stadium hosting the Big Ten Championship Game. Cool to have the championship less than an hour away?
It's definitely cool, but it'll be even better if we're there. That's what we're looking for.
With options aplenty in the IU passing game, how competitive does it get in practice to haul in receptions?
Very competitive. It's even better when we see it out on the game field. To see how we competed all summer manifest out on the field, it's awesome to see.
Five years ago you chose to come to Indiana University. Has it lived up to your expectations?
I have not regretted any of it, not a single day. This is our final season and we need to get some more wins. Not only for ourselves, but for the whole state of Indiana and the student body, because everybody deserves it.
