BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana women's basketball team hosts Big Ten foe Minnesota in Assembly Hall on Sunday, Jan. 19 at 2 p.m. ET. It is the annual Head to the Hall game where all tickets are just $1.
IU Athletics will also be celebrating the greatest era of Indiana women's basketball. The Hoosiers went to an AIAW Final Four in 1973 and two Elite Eights in 1972 and 1974. Members of the teams from that era will be honored during the game and at halftime a banner hanging ceremony will take place to commemorate the 1973 Final Four squad.
Not only are tickets just $1, the first 500 fans to arrive in Assembly Hall will receive a free Indiana t-shirt and the first 1,000 fans to arrive will get a commemorative 1973 AIAW Final Four banner poster.
