BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana volleyball travels to East Lansing, Mich., to battle the Spartans on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. at Jenison Field House.
WHAT A DIFFERENT A YEAR MAKES
Last year at this point in the season the Hoosiers were 9-18 and 1-14 in conference play. The Hoosiers have gone from one Big Ten win a season ago to six this season, something that only two teams in the conference have done since 1985. Additionally, the Hoosiers have equaled their Big Ten win total from the previous three seasons combined this year.
BIG TEN STANDINGS
With the win vs. Rutgers on Wednesday the Hoosiers moved into a four-way tie for seventh-place in the conference at 6-9. IU is tied with Michigan State, Michigan and Minnesota and has an opportunity for sole possession of seventh with a win on Saturday in East Lansing.

LEACH JOINS 1,000 KILL CLUB
On Friday Oct. 17 against Ohio State, senior Morgan Leach recorded her 1,000th career kill to become the 17th IU Volleyball player to join to 1,000 kill club. On Wednesday in the win vs. Rutgers, Leach moved into 16th on the all-time career list and now has 1,074 career kills.
TALLMAN CLIMBING THE RECORD BOOKS
Sophomore Megan Tallman recorded her 1,000th career assist in the Hoosiers match vs. UIC on Sept. 12 and continues to climb the record books. Tallman is currently ninth in career assists with 1,699 and in the win vs. Rutgers on Wednesday, Tallman recorded her 1,000th assist of the season, becoming just the 14th IU player to reach 1,000 or more assists in a season. Tallman currently has 1,010 for the 2013-14 campaign.
LEBO AND THE HIGH FLYING JUMP SERVE
Sophomore outside hitter Taylor Lebo gave the fans something to cheer about on Wednesday against Rutgers as Lebo tallied five aces in the match. Lebo, who ranks in the top-10 in the NCAA in aces, now has 49 for the season, which ranks ninth on the Hoosiers all-time list for single-season aces.
HARNISH TOP-10 IN SINGLE SEASON DIGS
Junior libero and captain Courtney Harnish is having her best season of her career. Harnish has 403 digs and ranks sixth in the Big Ten in that category. Harnish is currently eighth on the all-time single season digs list for IU and with 19 more digs will move into seventh on the list.
ON THE HORIZON
On Wednesday Nov. 19 the Hoosiers host Nebraska and the theme of the night will be social media, so bring your smart phones, with lots of fun contests. On Nov. 22 the Hoosiers host Illinois and play their final regular season match at University Gym as they host senior night and honor senior Morgan Leach.
