Hoosiers Fall at Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Senior Morgan Leach, playing in her 127th and final match, led the Indiana volleyball team with nine kills, but the Hoosiers fell 3-0 (18-25, 17-25, 17-25) at Minnesota on Friday.
Leach moved into 15th on the IU all-time career kills list and will finish her career with 1,110. Leach also passed 300 kills on the season and with junior Amelia Anderson (312) and sophomore Taylor Lebo (312) the trio gives the Hoosiers three with 300 or more kills for the first time in at least 10 years.
Junior libero Courtney Harnish registered 11 digs to bring her season total to 445, which is fifth most on the Hoosiers all-time single season list.
Sophomore setter Megan Tallman tallied 31 assists to bring her season total to 1,159, which ranks 13th on the Hoosiers all-time list for single-season assists.
The Hoosiers (15-17, 6-14) finish the season by becoming just the third team in Big Ten history since 1985 to go from one Big Ten win to six.
