• This marks the first time since the 1993 and 1994 seasons that IU has won back-to-back Bucket Games.
• Zander Diamont capped off the Hoosiers game-winning touchdown drive with a 1-yard touchdown run with :27 seconds left, his second of the year. The true freshman drove the team 65 yards in eight plays, covering 2:52. Diamont posted 34 rushing yards and went 15-of-24 for 119 yards.
• Indiana set the program's single-season rushing record, finishing the year with 3,163 yards. The 2001 Hoosiers set the previous mark with 2,964 yards.
• IU recorded four takeaways - three interceptions and one fumble recovery - its highest total since it had four vs. Virginia on Sept. 20, 2011. The last time Indiana posted four-or-more in a Big Ten game came at Penn State on Nov. 14, 2009.
• It marked the Hoosiers first game with three INTs since Sept. 2, 2010 vs. Towson and first league game with three since it had five at Iowa on Oct. 31, 2009. IU had three multi-pick games this year.
• Indiana netted three takeaways for the second straight week. The defense picked off a pair of passes and recovered a fumble at No. 7 Ohio State last weekend.
• The Hoosiers wrapped up 2014 with five multi-takeaway games.
• Sophomore linebacker T.J. Simmons forced and recovered the first fumble of his career in the opening quarter. The Hoosiers finished the year with four fumble recoveries.
• Simmons added seven tackles and one tackle for loss.
• Redshirt freshman safety Chase Dutra, who finished with sixth tackles and one pass breakup, recorded his third interception in the second quarter.
• Cornerback Michael Hunter added another INT in the second, the first of his season and the second of his career.
• True freshman linebacker Tegray Scales matched Dutra for the team lead with his third pick of the year in the third. Scales collected six tackles and one TFL as well.
• Scales INT led to the Hoosiers first points of the afternoon, a 23-yard Griffin Oakes field. Indiana scored 37 points on 17 takeaways in 2014.
• Shane Wynn evened the score at 13 at the 2:25 mark in the third quarter with a 41-yard touchdown run, his second of the season and the third of his career. He also pulled in six receptions for 47 yards in his final game as a Hoosier.
• The senior out of Cleveland, Ohio, is tied for second in receptions (189), tied for third in receiving touchdowns (20), fourth in all-purpose yardage (4,429), seventh in receiving yardage (2,198), tied for eighth in total touchdowns (25) and third in kick return yardage (1,854) on IU's career charts.
• Oakes added a 41-yarder later in the third and a 34-yarder in the fourth and finished the year 13-of-18. His 13 field goals share ninth on the school's single-season list. Oakes made three field goals in a game three times this year, which is tied for the seventh-most in a single game in school history.
• The Hoosiers held Purdue to six first half points, the seventh half this season they have held an opponent to single digits.
• Running back Tevin Coleman (third time this season), offensive lineman Collin Rahrig (sixth time), defensive lineman Bobby Richardson (eighth time) and wide receiver Shane Wynn (seventh time) served as game captains.
• Indiana received the ball first for the fifth time this season.
• IU wore the two-tone state flag Block I helmets for the first time.

• Tevin Coleman became the 18th rusher in FBS history to reach 2,000 rushing yards in a single season with 130 yards on 29 carries. Coleman's total of 2,036 is a program single-season record and ranks sixth in Big Ten history. He is the sixth B1G rusher (seventh time) to eclipse 2,000.
• The junior reached the century mark for the 11th time this season, tops in the country and tied with Vaughn Dunbar (1991) for the Hoosiers single-season mark. Coleman's 15 career 100-yarders are tied for fourth on the school's all-time list.
• He became the fourth-fastest rusher to reach 2,000 yards after Melvin Gordon (241), Larry Johnson (251) and Mike Rozier (258), beating Barry Sanders (268).
• Coleman finished 2014 first in rushing yardage (2,036) and yards per carry (7.5), fourth in all-purpose yardage (2,177) and rushing touchdowns (15), sixth in total touchdowns (15) and attempts (270), and eighth in points (90) on Indiana's single-season lists.
• On the career lists, Coleman is first in yards per carry (7.1), fourth in rushing touchdowns (28), fifth in all-purpose yardage (4,292), fifth in rushing yardage (3,219) and tied for sixth in total touchdowns (29).
