Borschke Named 2014 B1G Sportsmanship honoree

ROSEMONT, Ill. - The Big Ten Conference announced its postseason honors on Tuesday and Indiana redshirt sophomore Marissa Borschke was the team's Sportsmanship Award honoree. She started all 19 games this season as a defender and helped the Hoosiers hold opponents to 25 goals this season, the fewest allowed by IU since 2009.
The student-athletes chosen are individuals who have distinguished themselves through sportsmanship and ethical behavior. These student-athletes must also be in good academic standing and have demonstrated good citizenship outside of the sports-competition setting.
