• Tom Crean improves to 298-194 in his career (16th season).
• To end the first half, the Hoosiers held Savannah State without a field goal for the last 5:48. During this time, IU went on an 18-2 run.
• Savannah State's 17 points is the lowest scored by an Indiana opponent in a half since March 2, 2013 against Iowa (14).
• Over the last two games (Pittsburgh, Savannah State), the Hoosiers are +38 on points in the paint (86-48).
• For the seventh game of the year, four Hoosiers scored in double figures (Blackmon - 18, Ferrell - 18, Williams - 12, Johnson - 10).
• Indiana shot 57.4 percent (31-of-54) from the field. IU is shooting 52.4 percent on the season.
• In the last two games, Indiana has held it's opponents to .344 shooting from the field.
• Freshman James Blackmon, Jr. scored 18 points, going 4-of-7 (57.1 percent) from behind the arc.
• Junior Kevin Yogi Ferrell matched a game-high will 18 points and seven assists. In his Hoosier career, he now has 962 points.
• Sophomore Troy Williams scored 12 points on 5-of-7 (71.4 percent) shooting. He also had five rebounds.
• Freshman Robert Johnson scored 10 points and seven rebounds.
• Sophomore Stanford Robinson scored seven points, dished out a career high five assists, pulled down three rebounds and had two steals in 13 minutes of play.
• Sophomore Collin Hartman has now scored exactly seven points in four consecutive games. He also grabbed five rebounds - he has had at least four in his last four games.
• Freshman Emmitt Holt scored eight points and five rebounds in 11 minutes of play.
• Redshirt junior Nick Zeisloft scored nine points. He shot 3-of-5 (60 percent) from three-point range.
• Freshman Max Hoetzel had four points, two assists and one rebound.
• Freshman Jeremiah April recorded one steal, one block, one rebound and one assist in five minutes of action.
• Freshman Tim Priller recorded one block and one rebound in four minutes. Redshirt Junior Ryan Burton added one offensive rebound.
• Indiana plays next against Louisville in the Jimmy V Classic on December 9 at 9:00 pm in New York City (Madison Square Garden).
