Kind Butler Going to Worlds

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Former Indiana track & field sprinter Kind Butler finished in third-place in the 400m dash at the USA Indoor Championships on Sunday and has advanced to the World Championships as part of the 4X400-meter relay.
Butler, who ran a career-best time of 45.84 will compete with the U.S. Relay team at the World Championships, March 7-9 in Sopot, Poland.
Other former Hoosiers in action included Molly Beckwith-Ludlow, who finished in third-place in te 800m run in 2:01.87. Jeff Coover finished in sixth-place in the pole vault and Monique Riddick finished 12th in the shot put.
