Hoosiers Welcome Louisville, IUPUI

Sophomore Sam Monette has posted a 15-4 singles record this year.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 59 Indiana men’s tennis team will host No. 32 Louisville and IUPUI in a doubleheader on Thursday.

The Hoosiers (8-8) will square off against Louisville (11-4) at 1:00 p.m. and face IUPUI (2-13) at 7:00 p.m.

Louisville comes in having won four of its last five matches, while IUPUI has dropped 10 straight.

Most recently the Hoosiers fell on the road at Northwestern, but have won six of their last nine matches at home.

Earlier this season sophomore Sam Monette captured the Louisville Winter Invitational singles title with a final match win against the Cardinals Luis Elizondo. Monette comes into the match leading the Hoosiers with a 15-4 mark in singles play.
