Hoosiers Down IUPUI 6-1

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 59 Indiana men’s tennis team beat IUPUI 6-1, but fell 5-2 against No. 32 Louisville on Thursday at the IU Tennis Center.
The Hoosiers (9-9) won the doubles point and took five of the six singles matches against IUPUI. Sophomore Elliott Yee won his match 6-0, 6-0, one of four Hoosiers to win in straight sets.
Against Louisville, the Hoosiers won the double point, taking matches at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. Senior Dimitrije Tasic was the lone victory in singles as he took a 5-7, 6-4, 7-5 decision.
Up next the Hoosiers travel to Texas Tech for a match Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
