Softball Announces Summer Camp Dates

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana softball team has announced its summer camp dates for 2014. The Hoosiers will host two sessions open to any and all participants through two different age groups. The first camp will be geared toward ages 14-18 and will take place on June 9-11, while the June 16-17 session will be open to any and all participants between the ages of 9-13.
The IU Softball Summer camps are designed to focus on the fundamentals of softball. Every level of player, from first year to seniors in high school can benefit from the attention to detail at these camps. Led by head coach Michelle Gardner and her staff, each participant will receive hands-on instruction as they participate in drills mirroring those of the Hoosier softball team. Every facet of the game will be addressed: offense, team defense, individual position play, and baserunning.
