2014 Fall Baseball Schedule Announced

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Indiana baseball head coach Chris Lemonis announced the program's 2014 fall schedule Wednesday, which includes an exhibition vs. fellow 2014 NCAA Tournament participant Xavier at Bart Kaufman Field on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. ET.
All events, practices and scrimmages this fall are open to the public, free of admission and will be held at Bart Kaufman Field, where Indiana has won 83 percent of its games since the facility opened in 2013.
The annual intrasquad Cream vs. Crimson series features games on Wednesday, Oct. 15 (3 p.m. ET), Thursday, Oct. 16 (4 p.m.) and Sunday, Oct. 19 (1:30 p.m.), concluding IU's fall schedule.
Sandwiched between the Cream vs. Crimson series is the IU Alumni Game on Saturday, Oct. 18, one of three fall events scheduled on an IU football Saturday.
The Hoosiers will scrimmage on Sept. 27 and Oct. 4, when the football team hosts Maryland and North Texas, respectively. The IU Alumni Game will take place on Homecoming weekend, when IU football welcomes Michigan State.
