• In the all-time series, Indiana is now 35-10 against Penn State.
• Indiana has held Big Ten opponents to 19-of-78 (24.4 percent) from the three-point line.
• As a team, the Hoosiers shot 9-of-21 (42.9 percent) from behind the arc and 6-of-10 (60 percent) in the second half.
• With the score tied 51-51, Indiana went on a 13-2 run sparked by the play of Ryan Burton to take the lead 64-53.
• Freshman Robert Johnson was one point off of his career high, scoring 20 points on 7-of-11 (63.6 percent) from the field and 4-of-6 (66.7 percent) from behind the arc. Johnson added a couple steals and a pair of rebounds.
• Sophomore Troy Williams scored 15 points for the second straight game (Ohio State). He now has averaged 15.0 points and 8.0 rebounds for the last two games.
• Collin Hartman scored a career-high tying eight points and pulled down five rebounds in his first career start. The sophomore added a career high three assists. Hartman hit two threes in the second half. He hit the first with 11:17 remaining to gave the Hoosiers a five point lead and another with 2:03 remaining to put IU up seven.
• Junior Kevin Yogi Ferrell scored seven points, had three rebounds and six assists. Ferrell has now hit at least one three pointer in 48 consecutive games.
• Freshman James Blackmon Jr. scored 11 points and grabbed a team high six boards.
• Sophomore Stanford Robinson scored 12 points and had four rebounds in only 17 minutes of play. He scored all eight of his first half points in the final 4:09. Robinson was 6-of-6 from the free throw line. In 22 career Big Ten games Robinson has averaged 7.3 points.
• Redshirt junior Ryan Burton pulled down three offensive rebounds and had one assist in five minutes.
• Blackmon (11), Johnson (20), Robinson (12) and Williams (15) all scored in double-figures. This marks the 10th game this season with at least four players in double-figures.
• The starters for the Hoosiers were Blackmon, Johnson, Williams, Ferrell and Hartman. This is the third different starting lineup for IU this season.
• The Hoosiers travel to Champaign, Ill. to take on the Fighting Illini of Illinois this Sunday (Jan. 18) at 1pm.
