#iubb Ranked No. 15 in Preseason USA Today Coaches Poll

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - For the fifth consecutive year, head coach Tom Crean and the Hoosiers will be a nationally ranked team, as USA Today announced it's Preseason Top 25 Coaches Poll and IU checked in at No. 15. Indiana is one of five Big Ten teams in the Top 25 poll, tied for the most of any conference with the Big 12.
The Hoosiers have been ranked anywhere from 4th nationally to 17th in the many preseason polls that have been put out since the end of the 2014-15 season. IU returns four starters from a team which led the Big Ten in scoring and earned an NCAA Tournament berth.
Indiana will open the 2015-16 season with exhibition games against Ottawa and Bellarmine on Nov. 3 and 9, respectively. Then, the regular season gets underway on Nov. 13 in Assembly Hall against Eastern Illinois.
