BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – After four matches at home, the No. 44 Indiana men’s tennis team plays a stretch of five in a row on the road. That stretch starts with a matchup with No. 6 Illinois on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. ET.
The Hoosiers are one of only three teams in NCAA DI to move up in the ITA rankings each week and last week cracked the top-50 for the first time since Feb. 19, 2013.
Indiana has won four matches in a row, including the most recent against then No. 44 Oregon in a 4-2 match.
Following the Sunday match the Hoosiers play Louisville and Toledo in Louisville, Ky., next Wednesday, before departing to the west coast for matches against Saint Mary’s and Washington on Saturday Feb. 28. The team is next at home as they take on Big Ten foe Northwestern on Friday March 6 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
