BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Indiana women's golf team travels to Peoria, Ariz. for the fourth annual Westbrook Spring Invitational, Feb. 22-23 at Westbrook Village Golf Club.
In addition to the Hoosiers the field includes No. 13 Tennessee, No. 30 Ohio State, No. 31 Notre Dame, No. 40 Oregon, No. 46 Wisconsin, No. 47 Kansas State, No. 61 Illinois, No. 63 Washington State, No. 70 Oklahoma, No. 73 College of Charleston, No. 89 Tulsa, No. 92 Oregon State, No. 94 Nebraska and No. 101 Iowa.
The teams will play 36 holes Sunday and 18 holes Monday on the par 72, 6,269-yard Vistas Course. Live results will be available each day at GolfStat.com.
Indiana is coming off an eighth-place finish at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic. Elizabeth Tong led the way, placing tied for sixth, including a 1-under 71 in the final round.
Junior Camille Chevalier tied for 13th in the field at Puerto Rico, posting a 4-over 220. Sophomore Ana Sanjuan tied for 34th and will look to improve upon that finish in Arizona. Junior Maria Mancini will also make her second appearance of the spring season, placing tied for 69th in the last outing.
Freshman Pear Siriko makes her second trip of the spring and the second of her young IU career. Also joining the team in Arizona and playing as an individual is sophomore Theresa-Ann Jedra.
