Miller Leads Team USA at Aquatic Super Series

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Former Indiana University swimmer and All-American Cody Miller continues to make strides in his professional swimming career, recently helping to lead Team USA to a second-place finish at the 2015 BHP Aquatic Super Series in Perth, Australia.
Miller, who was a four-time Big Ten champion in the 200 breaststroke and a three-time champion in the 100 breaststroke, won the 100-meter breaststroke race with a time of 1:00.39. He also helped Team USA to gold in the 200 medley relay, swimming the breaststroke leg on the team that won with a time of 1:38.69.
In the 200 breaststroke, Miller touched the wall second in the international field, clocking in at 2:11.35. Australia won the event with 626 points, with the United States second with 586 points.
Miller is the reigning U.S. National Champion in the 100-meter breaststroke and will be part of Team USA at the 2015 FINA World Championships, Aug. 2-8, in Kazan, Russia.
